In addition, sellers receive curated promotion on social media, including paid advertisements, access to a private network group, free online jukebox, free access to our online business and accounting software, free access to our QR code, bio pages, and link shortening software to help boost store SEO. Yes, you have the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade your monthly package at any time. Additionally, you can upgrade from a monthly to an annual package, which offers 2 months free. However, please note that for annual packages, a commitment of one year is required. If you are unsure about which package to sign up for, it is recommended to start with a monthly subscription as it allows for more flexibility in options initially.

Crafthive365 is open to anyone who is interested in purchasing handmade products. However, it is important to note that not all sellers may offer worldwide shipping. It is recommended to check the shipping profiles of individual shops before making a purchase to ensure that they ship to your desired location.

All transaction payments are paid directly from the buyer to seller. Sellers are able to connect their PayPal or Stripe accounts inorder to take payment

If any of the photos in your shop fail to meet the expected level of quality, we reserve the right to inform you and request that you either remove the photo or we may remove it for you. This is to maintain the overall ethos and standard of the artisan website.

Additionally, we request that you do not use text on your photos to indicate your shop name, as each shop has its own unique URL and shop front, and each item listed will link directly to your shop. High-quality, visually appealing photos without text overlays contribute to a professional and visually pleasing shopping experience for customers on Crafthive365.

We do not and never will charge you a % fee on top of your monthly or yearly subcription fee.

Monthly/Annual Fee:

Crafthive365 operates on a payment model where sellers are required to pay a monthly or annual fee in advance. If you choose to pay annually, you will receive a discount equivalent to two months’ fees, meaning you will receive 12 months of service for the price of 10.

Sellers on a monthly payment plan have the flexibility to upgrade or downgrade their shop at the end of their current month. However, with an annual payment, changes to the shop plan may not be possible until the annual subscription period ends.

The annual fee reduction reflects the seller’s commitment to Crafthive365 and allows the platform to build momentum for your shop. It also eliminates the need for separate listing fees, making it a straightforward and transparent pricing structure for sellers.
