Shipping times are set by the individual seller on and will vary depending upon the product. The estimated shipping time for each item is specified in the postage section. This is the period within which the seller will post your item. Actual delivery time may vary depending on the method of posting. If you have any questions regarding shipping, please contact your seller directly using the ‘Ask a question’ button on the shop’s profile page.

Once your item has been posted, the seller should update the shipping status of the order, and you will receive an automated email notifying you that it’s on its way. The seller may also send you a message to update you about your order.

If you have ordered products from multiple shops on, then each item will be dispatched separately, which means that you may receive your orders on different days in separate packages.

Missing Orders

Please check the stated time to make and dispatch, plus the delivery time from the shop that you ordered from. Please note that personalised, bespoke, and made-to-order products can take up to 30 days to make.

If you haven’t received your item after a few days, please contact the seller (please allow longer for international orders). If you do not hear from the seller within 7 days, please contact admin.


In the rare event of a shop not delivering the goods, we recommend that you cancel the order and request a refund from the seller. If the seller is unresponsive, please contact your bank if you paid by card. Please also report the seller to via, so that we can take appropriate action.

International Delivery

International delivery is available on many products and is displayed on the product page. Please note that if your order is posted outside of the UK, you or the recipient will be responsible for ensuring that customs/VAT/handling charges are paid. This is not the responsibility of the seller.
