Any questions regarding a sellers product should be made directly to the Seller. Go to their shop page and there is an “Ask a Question” button – click and type your question.

Once you’ve added your item to your basket, you’ll be prompted to provide your Country & Postcode information. This helps us determine your location and offer appropriate shipping options. Once you update this information, a drop-down menu will appear, allowing you to select your preferred shipping method for your item. After making your selection, simply press update. Next, you’ll be directed to the payment page where you can enter your complete address and payment details.

For product delivery and dispatch times, please refer to the sellers shop policies.

Please note that customs/import duties/taxes may be applicable upon delivery as per the laws of your country. We recommend checking your country’s threshold for such fees before making a purchase. If you have any doubts, kindly reach out to the seller directly via the “Ask a Question” button in their shop.

Please be aware that many items on Crfthive365 are made to order and may take a few weeks to be crafted just for you. Before placing an order, please review and confirm your satisfaction with the dispatch times. Additionally, please note that dispatch times for these items may be longer during seasonal busy periods.


Certainly! To search for a specific shop, you can go to the ‘Buy’ section located at the bottom of the website. On a PC, you can use the search bar on the left-hand side of your screen. On a mobile device, simply scroll down to find the search option. From there, you can enter the name of the shop you’re looking for and search for it accordingly.

To leave feedback, follow these steps:

  1. Go to the page of the product that you have purchased.
  2. Scroll down to the bottom of the page where you will find reviews.
  3. Click on the “Reviews” section to leave a review specifically for that product.
  4. If the product is unique and no longer available in the shop, you can leave a review for the entire shop.
  5. To do this, go to the “Review” section on the front page of the shop.
  6. Leave your feedback and review accordingly, sharing your experience and thoughts about the product or shop.
  7. Make sure to follow any guidelines or instructions provided by the website or shop regarding feedback and reviews.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please refer to the seller’s store for their specific returns, refund, or exchange policy. Please note that Crafthive365 solely provides the platform for sellers to sell their products and is not responsible for shipping or refunds. It is important to review and understand the individual seller’s policies regarding returns, refunds, or exchanges in case any issues arise with your order.

For customers within the UK: If it has been a few days since you placed your order and you have not received it yet, we recommend reaching out to the seller directly using the “contact” button in their shop.

For international customers: If it has been 14 days since you placed your order and you have not received it yet, we advise you to contact the seller directly using the “contact” button in their shop.

It is essential to communicate directly with the seller to inquire about the status of your order, as they are responsible for the shipping process. They will be able to provide you with the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding your order’s whereabouts and estimated delivery time.

If you are unable to purchase an item that you like, there could be several reasons for this:

  1. Incomplete mandatory information: Ensure that you have filled out all the mandatory information boxes during the checkout process. If any required information is missing, your order may not submit.
